Qring serves clients using an Expanded Skill and Knowledge Approach.
Our reason for this approach can be seen in the following Catch 22 situation (Link).
- The end user may be well aware of— and not happy with— a situation.
- The problem is that he/she is often unable to formulate the problem so that the right competence/tools can be used to address the situation, because this requires prerequisite knowledge.
- In other words, you can’t know what to ask for until you know what to ask for.
- The other side of the problem?
- A consultant can’t know client-specific problems or know what to ask for without prior knowledge of the client's problems.
